The Padlock is cool. Feels solid & good quality. However the chain feels like it's plastic and from Toys R Us. Only reason I'm giving 1 star is because KingIce won't let me return it after 48hours of delivery. The padlock and the chain are connected so I can't even change the chain out to something better. Not my best purchase from KingIce-
